Bernadette, Dental Office Manager
Bernadette started her nearly 30-year dental career as a dental assistant, graduating from Camden County Vocational School. She worked chairside with Dr. Land from 1994-2020 before becoming our office manager. Now, she’s able to leverage her decades of experience to make sure our dental practice runs smoothly both in the front and the back!
Bernadette and her husband, Derek, have been married since 1996, and they have one son, Ryan. Most of her weekends consist of traveling and serving as “equipment manager” for her hockey goalie son, which can be stressful, but she will always be there to cheer him on. To unwind, she likes to bake and is known around the office for making and decorating cookies for special occasions.
Eileen D., Registered Dental Assistant
Eileen has been in the dental field for over 30 years. As a registered dental assistant, she considers the best part of her work to be getting to know her patients better and helping them feel comfortable. She also appreciates how the rest of the team makes her job fun!
Eileen is happily married to her husband Mike, and together they have 4 beautiful children. Her hobbies include playing Scrabble, walking, spending time at the beach, and lounging by the pool.
Jerika, Dental Hygienist
Jerika first became interested in the dental field after helping out at an orthodontic office when she was in high school. She went to Rowan College of Burlington County, where she completed the dental hygiene program. She truly loves helping others practice their best oral hygiene.
Jerika is the oldest of two sisters and is very close to her grandmother. In her spare time, she likes to embroider (along with other crafts) and play video games.
Joyce, Front Desk
Joyce is from Deptford, and she enjoys working at the front desk along with Kristi in order to assist each patient that visits our dental office. She is currently married and considers herself a dog mom. She likes to go running, find new places to eat and drink, and spend time with her dogs, family, and friends.
Karen, Dental Hygiene Coordinator
Karen has more than 2 decades of real-world experience in the dental field. As our hygiene coordinator, she enjoys the fact that she’s always meeting new people and taking the opportunity to build relationships with them.
Karen has enjoyed well over 45 years of marriage with her high school sweetheart. Together they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. When she has the chance, Karen loves to go to the beach, take trips to Florida, have dinner with her friends, and go dancing.
Kristi, Front Desk
Kristi is proud to be working at the front desk of Land Family Dentistry along with Joyce. She has a dog named Duck that she likes to float on a lake with. One interesting dental fact about Kristi is that she still has a baby tooth!
Marissa, CDA and RDA

Right after attending Camden County College’s Dental Assistants Program, she became part of our dental team. In the years since then, she’s loved helping patients and working alongside outstanding colleagues.
A resident of nearby Mt. Laurel, Sarah has various hobbies in her downtime. Chief among them is time with family and friends, especially her husband. That aside, she also enjoys traveling, crafting, and working on home projects. Her skill in party planning is second to none, as she can organize one in just five minutes!
Sharon, Dental Hygienist
Having grown up in Marlton, Sharon has nearly three decades of experience working in the dental field. She began by attending Thomas Jefferson University to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. Shirley, Dental Hygienist
Shirley’s experience in the dental field spans over 45 years now, and we’re grateful she’s spent the last 30 of them right here at our Moorestown dental office! Before joining our team, she attended Camden County College and worked as a dental assistant for more than a decade. Now, her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is getting to know each patient and working with an exceptional group of professionals.
Shirley and her husband, John, have been married for 42 years now. Together, they have two grown twin children as well as two beautiful granddaughters. Naturally, she loves to spend her time outside of the office with family, and she also has several hobbies, including crocheting and sewing. Here’s a fun fact about her: she makes good banana bread!
